We are pleased to introduce our Rogers RT/duroid 6006 High Frequency PCB, built on 25mil (0.635mm) substrates. This advanced PCB is a high-performance substrate known for its exceptional characteristics and versatility.

Rogers 6006 PCB utilizes Rogers RT/duroid 6006 ceramic-PTFE composites. It offers impressive specifications such as a DK of 6.15 +/- 0.15 at 10 GHz/23°C, a dissipation factor of 0.0027 at 10 GHz/23°C, Td > 500 °C TGA, and moisture absorption of 0.05%. Additionally, it exhibits a CTE (Coefficient of Thermal Expansion) of 47 ppm/°C in the X-axis, 34 ppm/°C in the Y-axis, and 117 ppm/°C in the Z-axis.

The Rogers 6006 PCB boasts several notable features:

High dielectric constant enabling circuit size reduction.
Low loss, making it ideal for applications operating at X-band or below.
Tight εr (relative permittivity) and thickness control for consistent circuit performance.
Clad with standard and reverse treated electrodeposited copper foil.
