Introducing our high-performance PCB utilizing Rogers RO4003C Hydrocarbon Ceramic woven glass material. With exceptional electrical properties and stability, this 2-layer rigid PCB is designed to meet the demands of performance-sensitive and high-volume applications. The PCB operates flawlessly in a wide temperature range from -40℃ to +85℃, making it suitable for various environments.

The RO4003C material offers a dielectric constant (DK) of 3.38 at 10 GHz, ensuring low dielectric tolerance and low loss. This enables excellent electrical performance, allowing applications with higher operating frequencies and making it ideal for broadband applications. The dissipation factor of 0.0027 at 10 GHz further enhances signal integrity.

The stable electrical properties of this PCB are maintained across frequency, enabling controlled impedance transmission lines and enabling the repeatable design of filters. Its low thermal coefficient of dielectric constant ensures excellent dimensional stability, while the low Z-axis expansion guarantees reliable plated through holes.
Constructed using a volume manufacturing process, the RO4003C laminates can be fabricated using standard glass epoxy processes, providing cost-effective solutions without compromising performance. The material is also CAF resistant, ensuring long-lasting reliability.
The stackup consists of a 1.524 mm Rogers 4003C Core sandwiched between two copper layers (35 μm each). The finished board thickness is 1.6mm, with a 1oz (1.4 mils) outer layer copper weight. Via plating thickness is 25 μm, and the surface finish is Immersion Gold.
With a compact board size of 42.56mm x 63.2mm, the PCB offers ample space for 12 components, 38 total pads, and 49 vias. The minimum trace/space is 5/4 mils, and the minimum hole size is 0.5mm. The PCB is subjected to a 100% electrical test before shipment, ensuring its quality and reliability.
This IPC-Class-2 compliant PCB serves a wide range of applications, including cellular base station antennas and power amplifiers, RF identification tags, automotive radar and sensors, and LNBs for direct broadcast satellites.
