Taconic RF-35 PCB utilizes a PTFE ceramic woven glass reinforcement material, ensuring superior performance and durability. With a dielectric constant of 3.5 at 1.9GHz and a dissipation factor of 0.0018 at the same frequency, this PCB guarantees excellent signal integrity and minimal power loss. It boasts a remarkable dielectric breakdown of 41 kV, ensuring robust electrical insulation and safety. Additionally, the x-y coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) is 19 ppm/°C and 24 ppm/°C, while the z CTE is 64 ppm/°C, providing exceptional dimensional stability over a wide temperature range.

This RF-35 PCB features a 2-layer rigid stackup configuration, comprising a copper layer 1 with a thickness of 70 μm, an RF-35 core with a thickness of 60 mil (1.524 mm), a FastRise 28 prepreg (bonding ply), another RF-35 core with a thickness of 60 mil (1.524 mm), and a copper layer 2 with a thickness of 70 μm. This stackup ensures optimal performance and reliability for your designs.
