DiClad 880 High Frequency PCB Built on 20mil 0.508mm Substrates

We are pleased to announce the arrival of our latest shipment of DiClad880 RF PCB.

Substrate Profile
Rogers DiClad 880 woven fiberglass reinforced, PTFE-based composites offer exceptional performance as PCB substrates. With a dielectric constant (DK) of 2.2 +/- 0.04 at 10 GHz/23°C and 1 MHz, these laminates ensure reliable signal transmission. They have a dissipation factor of 0.0009 at 10 GHz/23°C and 0.0008 at 1 MHz, indicating low signal loss. The TcDK of -160 ppm/°C (-10~140°C) ensures stable electrical properties over a wide temperature range. These substrates exhibit a moisture absorption rate of just 0.02% and feature a low coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) of 25 ppm/°C in the X-axis, 34 ppm/°C in the Y-axis, and 252 ppm/°C in the Z-axis.
