1. Introduction of CuClad 250
Rogers CuClad 250 laminates are cross plied,woven fiberglass and PTFE composite laminates that offer low dielectric constants ranging from 2.40 to 2.60. CuClad 250 laminates use a higher fiberglass/PTFE ratio to provide mechanical properties approaching those of conventional substrates. These laminates provide better dimensional stability and lower thermal expansion in all directions.

- Dissipation Factor of 0.0017 at 10GHz
- Low Moisture Absorption of 0.03%
- Strong Peel Strength of 14 lbs/in
- Low outgassing Total Mass Loss (TML) 0.01%, Collected Volatile Condensable Material (CVCM) 0.0% and 0 Water Vapor Regain (WVR)
- Cross Plied Woven Fiberglass, alternating plies are oriented 90 degree to each other
- High PTFE to Glass Ratio
