1. Introduction of AD350A
Rogers AD350A woven fiberglass reinforced, ceramic filled, PTFE based composite material is for use as a printed circuit board (PCB) substrate. This material has been developed to provide high thermal conductivity and low CTE for use in higher power designs. Where temperature extremes are normal and heat rejection is a primary consideration, AD350A continues to perform.

- Well controlled dielectric constant of 3.50 -/-0.05 at 10 GHz/23°C
- Low loss tangent of 0.0033 at 10GHz, 23°C @ 50% RH
- Decomposition Temperature (Td) >500°C
- Moisture Absorption of 0.1%
- CTE in X-axis of 18 ppm/°C, Y-axis of 18 ppm/°C and Z-axix of 63 ppm/°C
- Low PIM of -159/-163 dBC, Reflected 43 dBm swept tones at 1900 MHz, S1/S1
- Time to Delamination > 60 minutes
