1. Introduction of AD300D
Rogers AD300D high frequency laminates are ceramic-filled, glass-reinforced PTFE based materials that provide a low and controlled dielectric constant, low loss performance and very good PIM (passive intermodulation) response. This PTFE resin based material is compatible with standard PTFE fabrication and provides a cost-effective construction to improve electrical and mechanical performance.

- Well controlled dielectric constant of 2.94 -/-0.05 at 10 GHz/23°C
- Low loss tangent of 0.0021 at 10GHz, 23°C @ 50% RH
- Decomposition Temperature (Td) >500°C
- Moisture Absorption of 0.04%
- CTE in X-axis of 24 ppm/°C, Y-axis of 23 ppm/°C and Z-axix of 98 ppm/°C
- Low PIM of -159dBC at 30mils
- Time to Delamination > 60 minutes
