1. Introduction of DiClad 880
Rogers DiClad 880 laminates are woven fiberglass reinforced, PTFE-based composites that offer lower dielectric constant for use as printed circuit board substrates. Precise control of the fiberglass/PTFE ratio, DiClad 880 laminates offer a lower dielectric constant and dissipation factor to a more highly reinforced laminate with better dimensional stability. The woven fiberglass reinforcement in DiClad 880 provides greater dimensional stability than nonwoven fiberglass reinforced PTFE based laminates of similar dielectric constants. The coated fiberglass plies in DiClad 880 materials are aligned in the same direction.

- DK of 2.17 or 2.2 +/- 0.04 at 10 GHz/23°C and 1 MHz
- Dissipation factor of 0.0009 at 10 GHz/23°C, 0.0008 at 1MHz.
- TcDK of -160 ppm/°C ranging -10~140°C
- Moisture Absorption 0.02%
- CTE in X-axis of 25 ppm/°C, Y-axis of 34ppm/°C and Z-axix of 252ppm/°C
- UL 94-V0 flammability
