RT/duroid 5880 Double Sided, 2-layer Rogers PCB Built on 31mil Substrates with Lead Free HASL Finish

This high-quality PCB is constructed using Rogers RT/duroid 5880 material with lead-free processing and is designed for operation in temperatures ranging from -40℃ to +85℃. The stackup consists of base copper 17um with a dielectric of 31mil and another base copper layer of 17um.

The board dimensions are 56.00 x 20.00 mm, and the minimum trace/space is 6/7 mils with a minimum hole size of 15 mils. There are no blind or buried vias, and slotted holes defined as per Gerber are plated through. The finished board thickness is 0.96 mm with a finished copper weight of 1 oz (1.4 mils) all layers.

The surface finish is HASL Lead-free, and the top silkscreen is white. There is no bottom silkscreen or top/bottom solder mask, and there is no silkscreen on solder pads. The PCB has a total of 31 components, 89 pads, 62 thru-hole pads, 12 top SMT pads, 15 bottom SMT pads, 60 vias, and 76 nets.

Although impedance matching is not included, panelized solder paste stencils are supplied for the top and bottom sides.
