Introducing our latest PCB, crafted with exceptional precision and utilizing the cutting-edge Rogers TMM4 hydrocarbon ceramic thermoset polymer composites. This advanced material ensures outstanding electrical properties and durability, making it ideal for demanding applications. The PCB operates flawlessly within a wide temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃, guaranteeing reliable performance in various environments.

The 2-layer rigid PCB features a stackup configuration optimized for signal integrity. The copper layers boast a thickness of 35 μm, enabling efficient and reliable signal transmission. The substrate, TMM4, adds stability and robustness with its 0.508 mm (20mil) thickness.

The PCB is meticulously sized at 94mm x 90 mm, providing precise dimensions with an accuracy of +/- 0.15mm for seamless integration into your designs. It supports high-density designs with a minimum trace/space requirement of 5/5 mils, accommodating intricate circuitry. The PCB also supports a minimum hole size of 0.4mm, ensuring versatility for various component requirements.

For enhanced reliability, the PCB does not feature blind vias. It has a finished board thickness of 0.63mm, striking the perfect balance between thickness and flexibility. The outer layers boast a finished copper weight of 1oz (1.4 mils), ensuring excellent conductivity. With a via plating thickness of 20 μm, reliable connections are assured throughout the board.

The PCB is coated with a high-quality immersion gold surface finish, enhancing durability and ensuring exceptional solderability. It does not include top and bottom silkscreens, providing a clean and minimalistic look. The top solder mask is a vibrant green color, while the bottom solder mask is not included, simplifying the manufacturing process.

Each PCB undergoes a rigorous 100% electrical test before shipment, ensuring the highest level of quality. It supports up to 57 components, providing the flexibility to incorporate complex circuit designs. With a total of 112 pads available, including 76 thru-hole pads, 31 top SMT pads, and 5 bottom SMT pads, you have ample options for component placement. The PCB features 96 vias, allowing for efficient signal routing and a streamlined design process. With 7 nets, the PCB facilitates effective connectivity within the circuitry, ensuring smooth and reliable operation.

The artwork for this PCB is supplied in the industry-standard Gerber RS-274-X format, ensuring compatibility and ease of integration.
