The PCB is made of Rogers RT/duroid 6006 ceramic-PTFE composites, ensuring exceptional electrical properties and signal integrity. It utilizes Process DK 6.15 at 10 GHz/23°C, which guarantees consistent performance in high-frequency environments. With a dissipation factor of 0.0027 at 10 GHz/23°C, this PCB minimizes signal loss and distortion. It also offers high-temperature durability with a Td of 500°C and operates reliably in temperatures ranging from -40℃ to +85℃.

The stackup consists of a 2-layer rigid PCB, featuring a well-balanced copper layer configuration for efficient signal transmission. Copper_layer_1, with a thickness of 35 μm, ensures robust conductivity. The substrate (RT/duroid 6006) measures 1.905 mm (75mil), providing stability and durability. Copper_layer_2, also 35 μm thick, ensures consistent signal integrity.

The construction details are carefully considered to meet the highest standards. The board dimensions are 103.54mm x 82.33 mm (25PCS), with a tolerance of +/- 0.15mm, offering a compact and precise form factor. It allows for intricate circuit design and high-density layouts with a minimum Trace/Space of 4/7 mils. The minimum Hole Size of 0.55mm enables seamless integration with various components. It does not have blind vias, simplifying the manufacturing process. The finished board thickness is 2.03mm, ensuring durability and stability. With a finished Cu weight of 1oz (1.4 mils) on outer layers and a via plating thickness of 20 μm, this PCB guarantees reliable connections. It is finished with immersion gold for enhanced solderability and protection against oxidation. The top silkscreen is white, allowing for clear component labeling and identification, while the bottom silkscreen is not available. The top solder mask in green provides insulation and protection, while the bottom solder mask is not available. Silkscreen is forbidden onto solder pads to prevent interference. Additionally, each PCB undergoes a 100% electrical test before shipment to ensure superior quality.

The PCB statistics showcase its versatility and capacity. It accommodates 68 components, allowing for diverse circuit designs. With a total of 155 pads, seamless integration of components is made possible. It features 97 thru-hole pads for robust connections, 52 top SMT pads for surface mount components, and 6 bottom SMT pads for bottom-side component placement. The PCB includes 126 vias for efficient signal routing and supports 6 nets for organized interconnections.

The artwork supplied is in Gerber RS-274-X format, which guarantees compatibility with standard PCB manufacturing processes. It adheres to the accepted standard of IPC-Class-2, ensuring industry-standard quality and reliability.
