We are thrilled to present our newly shipped high-frequency PCB, a marvel of engineering that pushes the boundaries of performance and reliability. At the heart of this groundbreaking PCB lies the utilization of Rogers RT/duroid 6010.2LM, a premium ceramic-PTFE composite material renowned for its superior properties. With a Process DK rating of 10.2 at 10 GHz/23°C, this PCB ensures unparalleled signal integrity and minimal loss, enabling high-speed data transmission with utmost precision. The impressively low dissipation factor of 0.0023 at 10 GHz/23°C further enhances its performance, guaranteeing optimal efficiency across the frequency spectrum.

 

Designed to endure even the harshest conditions, this PCB boasts an impressive Td (decomposition temperature) of 500°C. Such robustness opens up a world of possibilities, allowing for deployment in a wide array of applications that demand unwavering reliability. Operating seamlessly within a temperature range spanning from -40℃ to +85℃, this PCB exhibits resilience and stability, ensuring consistent performance regardless of the environment it encounters.

 
The stackup of this high-frequency marvel is centered around a 2-layer rigid construction, meticulously engineered to deliver uncompromising quality. Both Layer 1 and Layer 2 feature a copper thickness of 35 μm, facilitating efficient current flow and reducing electromagnetic interference. The substrate, RT/duroid 6010.2LM, measures 0.254 mm (10mil) in thickness, striking the perfect balance between structural integrity and electrical performance.
 
In crafting this exceptional PCB, we've paid meticulous attention to every construction detail. The board dimensions, measuring 156.76mm x 86.79 mm, have been precisely engineered to accommodate a variety of applications. To cater to the diverse needs of our customers, we offer four different types, each with a tolerance of +/- 0.15mm, ensuring a perfect fit for every scenario. The minimum trace/space of 4/4 mils allows for intricate circuit designs that push the boundaries of possibility, enabling the realization of groundbreaking technologies. With a minimum hole size of 0.4mm and the absence of blind vias, this PCB offers unparalleled convenience and versatility, streamlining the manufacturing process and reducing costs.
 
The finished board thickness of 0.37mm strikes the perfect balance between durability and performance, ensuring that the PCB can withstand the rigors of demanding applications without compromising on signal integrity. The outer layers of the PCB are equipped with a 1oz (1.4 mils) copper weight, guaranteeing excellent conductivity and enabling efficient heat dissipation. The via plating thickness of 20 μm further enhances electrical performance, facilitating seamless communication within the intricate circuitry. To safeguard against corrosion and ensure reliable connections, the PCB is finished with immersion gold, offering both practicality and aesthetic appeal. The green top and bottom solder masks serve as a testament to our commitment to quality and attention to detail.
 
To guarantee the highest level of quality assurance, each PCB undergoes a rigorous 100% electrical test prior to shipment. The statistics of this high-frequency PCB are truly impressive, reflecting its ability to handle complex and demanding applications. With 97 components and a total of 183 pads, the possibilities for creative circuit design are boundless. The inclusion of 108 thru-hole pads, 63 top SMT pads, and 12 bottom SMT pads ensures compatibility with a wide range of components and assembly techniques.
