We are delighted to present our newest offer in RF PCB technology. The RF PCBs we have recently shipped set a new benchmark in terms of exceptional performance and unwavering reliability.

The RF PCBs are crafted using Rogers RO4730G3 hydrocarbon/ceramic/woven glass UL 94 V-0 antenna grade laminates. These top-of-the-line materials ensure impeccable quality and unmatched durability. With a Process DK of 3.0 at 10 GHz/23°C, the PCBs maintain excellent signal integrity. The low dissipation factor of 0.0028 at 10 GHz/23°C minimizes signal loss, bolstering performance. Furthermore, the PCBs exhibit exceptional thermal stability, with a Tg surpassing 280°C and Td of 411°C. Operating flawlessly within a temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃, they deliver reliability in a broad array of environments.

The RF PCBs feature a 2-layer rigid PCB construction. Copper_layer_1 boasts a thickness of 35 μm, while the substrate (RO4730G3) measures 0.508 mm (20mil) in thickness. Copper_layer_2 also maintains a thickness of 35 μm, ensuring optimal performance.

The dimensions of the PCBs are precisely engineered, measuring 136.61mm x 96.7 mm for 2PCS and 2Types, with a tolerance of +/- 0.15mm. These PCBs support a minimum trace/space of 6/4 mils, allowing for intricate circuit designs. With the capability to accommodate holes as small as 0.5mm and no blind vias, the PCBs offer versatility and convenience. The finished board thickness of 0.63mm guarantees durability and optimal electrical performance. The outer layers are equipped with a 1oz (1.4 mils) copper weight, and the via plating thickness is 20 μm, ensuring excellent conductivity. To provide corrosion resistance and a reliable connection, the PCBs are finished with immersion gold. The top and bottom solder masks are both green in color. Additionally, the 0.5mm via is filled with resin and capped as per IPC 4761 Type VII. Each board undergoes a thorough 100% electrical test before shipment to ensure stringent quality standards are met.

The statistics of the RF PCBs are truly impressive. With 106 components and a total of 187 pads, these PCBs offer ample flexibility for intricate circuit designs. Among the pads, you will find 119 thru-hole pads, 52 top SMT pads, and 16 bottom SMT pads. Additionally, there are 192 vias and 16 nets, enabling the creation of complex and versatile circuits.

The supplied artwork for the PCBs is in Gerber RS-274-X format, aligning with industry-standard manufacturing processes. Furthermore, the RF PCBs adhere to the widely accepted IPC-Class-2 standard, ensuring reliability and exceptional quality.
