At the heart of the RF PCB lies the utilization of Rogers RT/duroid 6002 Ceramic-filled PTFE composites, ensuring an unparalleled level of quality and performance. With a process DK of 2.94 at 10 GHz/23°C, the PCB guarantees excellent signal integrity, allowing for seamless transmission of high-frequency signals. The low dissipation factor of 0.0012 at the same frequency and temperature further enhances its performance, minimizing signal loss and distortion.

The RF PCB is built to withstand extreme temperatures. With a thermal decomposition (Td) exceeding 500°C, it exhibits exceptional thermal stability, making it suitable for applications that require reliable performance even in challenging environments. Operating flawlessly within a temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃, the PCB ensures consistent and reliable functionality no matter the conditions.
The stackup of the 2-layer rigid PCB features 35 μm copper layers on both sides, combined with a substrate thickness of 0.635 mm (25mil) using RT/duroid 6002. This meticulous construction ensures optimal signal transmission and minimizes signal loss, providing a robust foundation for high-performance applications.
The RF PCB is designed with meticulous precision to meet the industry's highest standards. The board dimensions of 211.74mm x 90 mm offer accurate and reliable performance, with a tolerance of +/- 0.15mm. It supports a minimum trace/space of 5/5 mils, allowing for intricate circuit designs. The ability to accommodate holes as small as 0.35mm further enhances its versatility. The finished board thickness of 0.76mm, coupled with a 1oz (1.4 mils) outer layer copper weight, ensures durability and optimal electrical performance. The 20 μm via plating thickness and immersion gold surface finish contribute to excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance.
Each RF PCB undergoes a rigorous 100% electrical test before shipment, guaranteeing optimal functionality and reliability. We also ensure adherence to industry standards by providing artwork in the Gerber RS-274-X format, following the widely accepted IPC-Class-2 standard.
