This 2-layer rigid PCB features cutting-edge technology and utilizes Taconic TLX-7 fiberglass fabric with PTFE composites as the primary material, ensuring outstanding signal integrity and minimal signal loss.

With a process DK of 2.6 at 10 GHz/23°C, this RF PCB offers precise and efficient signal transmission, enabling high-frequency operation without compromising performance. It operates seamlessly in temperatures ranging from -40℃ to +85℃, making it suitable for a wide range of environments and applications.

The stackup of this 2-layer rigid PCB includes copper layers with a thickness of 35 μm, sandwiching the TLX-7 substrate with a thickness of 1.270 mm (50mil). This construction ensures excellent RF characteristics, impedance control, and reliable performance for your RF designs.

With generous board dimensions of 195.49mm x 98.46mm, this RF PCB provides ample space for your RF circuitry and components. Each PCB is manufactured with a tolerance of +/- 0.15mm, ensuring precise dimensions and accurate alignment of components. The minimum trace/space is 4/4 mils, allowing for intricate traces and compact designs. The minimum hole size is 0.50mm, facilitating versatile component mounting options.
