This PCB is constructed using Taconic TRF-45 ceramic filled PTFE composites, renowned for their exceptional electrical properties and reliability. With a dielectric constant of 4.5 at 10 GHz/23°C and a dissipation factor of 0.0035 at the same frequency and temperature, this PCB ensures superior signal integrity and minimal power loss. It also exhibits a moisture absorption rate of only 0.06%, further enhancing its stability.

The stackup of this PCB consists of two copper layers with a thickness of 35 μm each. The substrate, made of Taconic TRF-45, measures 1.016 mm (40 mils) in thickness, providing excellent structural support and electrical insulation.

With a compact board size of 31.5mm x 26.56 mm and a tolerance of +/- 0.15mm, this PCB is suitable for space-constrained applications. It supports a minimum trace/space of 5/4 mils, allowing for intricate circuit designs. The minimum hole size is 0.35mm, accommodating various component types. This PCB does not include blind vias.

The finished board thickness is 1.14mm, providing optimal durability and stability. The outer layers have a finished copper weight of 1 oz (1.4 mils), ensuring excellent conductivity. The via plating thickness is 20 μm, enhancing reliable signal transmission. The surface finish is immersion gold, offering a corrosion-resistant and solderable surface.

To meet diverse requirements, this PCB does not feature top or bottom silkscreen or solder mask layers. However, it undergoes a 100% electrical test prior to shipment, ensuring impeccable quality and performance.

With 24 components and a total of 37 pads, this PCB provides ample flexibility for circuit configurations. It features 22 thru-hole pads and 15 top SMT pads, making it suitable for various component mounting options. The PCB includes 51 vias and supports 2 nets for efficient circuit connections.
