Rigid-flex PCB Built on Shengyi S1000-2M and Panasonic R-F777 with 4-Layer and Immersion Gold

Introducing our high-quality 4-layer rigid-flex PCB, designed to meet your specific electronic circuit needs. With a combination of Shengyi FR-4 S1000-2M Tg170°C and Panasonic R-F777 Polyimide materials, this PCB offers exceptional performance and reliability. It operates flawlessly in a temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃, making it suitable for various applications.

The stackup of this PCB is carefully engineered to ensure optimal signal integrity and durability. It consists of copper layers with a thickness of 35 μm, sandwiching S1000-2M FR-4 Core Dk4.4 and Polyimide adhesiveless layers. The core and pre-preg materials are precisely constructed to maintain a thickness of 0.565 mm and 0.56 mm, respectively. The copper layers provide excellent conductivity, while the pre-preg and adhesive layers ensure structural integrity.

To meet your specific requirements, the board dimensions are 63.3mm x 72.92 mm, with a tolerance of +/- 0.15mm. The minimum trace/space is 4/5 mils, allowing for intricate circuit designs. The minimum hole size is 0.35mm, accommodating various component types. This PCB does not include blind vias.

The finished board has a thickness of 1.6mm for the rigid part and 0.243mm for the flexible part. The outer layers have a finished copper weight of 1 oz (1.4 mils), ensuring excellent conductivity. The via plating thickness is 20 μm, enhancing reliability and signal integrity. The surface finish is immersion gold, providing a corrosion-resistant and solderable surface. The top and bottom silkscreens are white, allowing for clear component identification. The top and bottom solder masks are green, offering protection and insulation.

For applications requiring 50 ohm impedance, this PCB meets the requirement while also accommodating sticking EMI film for effective electromagnetic interference management. To ensure impeccable quality, every PCB undergoes a 100% electrical test prior to shipment, guaranteeing reliable performance.

The PCB statistics showcase its versatility, with 54 components and a total of 88 pads. Thru-hole pads number 70, while there are 18 top SMT pads and no bottom SMT pads. The PCB features 68 vias and 12 nets, allowing for efficient circuit connections.
