Introducing our high-quality Printed Circuit Board (PCB) designed to meet your specific needs. The PCB is constructed using Rogers AD250 PTFE and ceramic filled composite, a superior material known for its exceptional properties. It has a dielectric constant of 2.5 at 10 GHz/23°C and a low dissipation factor of 0.0014 at the same frequency, ensuring excellent signal integrity. With a Td exceeding 500°C, it offers high thermal stability. The PCB operates within a temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃, making it suitable for various applications.

The 2-layer rigid PCB consists of copper layer 1 (35 μm), a Rogers AD250 substrate (1.524 mm), and copper layer 2 (35 μm). This stackup ensures reliable performance and efficient signal transmission.

The construction details of the PCB are as follows: It has precise board dimensions of 124.05mm x 60.61 mm, offered in a package of 5PCS with 3 different types. The tolerance is +/- 0.15mm. It supports a minimum trace/space of 4.5/5 mils, allowing for intricate circuitry and compact designs. The minimum hole size is 0.35mm, enabling precise component placement. The finished board thickness is 1.6mm, ensuring durability and stability. The outer layers have a copper weight of 1 oz (1.4 mils) for optimal conductivity. The vias have a plating thickness of 20 μm, providing reliable electrical connections. The surface finish is immersion tin, offering corrosion resistance and facilitating soldering. The top layer has no silkscreen, while the bottom layer also lacks a silkscreen. The top layer features a green solder mask, offering insulation and protection. The bottom layer does not have a solder mask. Each PCB undergoes a 100% electrical test to ensure optimal functionality before shipment.
In terms of statistics, the PCB supports up to 106 components and includes a total of 186 pads. This comprises 144 thru-hole pads, 32 top SMT pads, and 10 bottom SMT pads. It also features 177 vias and supports 14 nets, providing versatility for different circuit designs.
The artwork for the PCB is supplied in Gerber RS-274-X format, a widely accepted industry standard. It adheres to the IPC-Class-2 standard, ensuring high-quality manufacturing and reliability.
