RT/duroid 6010.2LM Double Sided, 2-Layer Rogers PCB Built on 25ml (0.635mm) Substrates with 50ohm Impedance Control

The newly shipped high frequency PCB is a double-sided 2-layer board specifically offered for high-frequency and high-speed applications. It is made of Rogers RT/duroid 6010.2LM material with a lead-free process and can operate within a temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃.

The stackup consists of a base copper of 18um, plating, RT/duroid 6010.2LM core measuring 25mil (0.635mm), and another base copper of 18um, plating. The board dimensions measure 40mm x 38mm=1 PCS, with a finished board thickness of 0.81mm and a finished Cu weight of 1.0 oz (1.4 mils) across all layers. The via plating thickness is 1mil, and the surface finish is Electroless Nickle and Immersion Gold (ENIG).

The board construction details include a minimum trace/space of 6/7 mils and a minimum hole size of 0.25mm. There are no blind/buried vias, and the board has 40 components, 82 total pads, 65 thru-hole pads, 17 top SMT pads, and 125 vias. The board undergoes 100% electrical testing.

The board's impedance matching is included, with the top layer having a 0.44mm/0.37mm track/space, 50 ohm impedance +/-10%. The board has no top or bottom silkscreen and no top or bottom solder mask.
