RO4003C Double Sided High Frequency PCB Built on Rogers 32mil (0.813mm) Laminates with Via Filled by IPC-4761 VII

Bicheng Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. is proud to announce the release of the latest high-performance printed circuit board (PCB) shipment. This newly shipped PCB was meticulously manufactured and offered to meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

The PCB is constructed using Rogers RO4003C material, which is known for its high quality and reliability. The lead-free process ensures that the PCB operates flawlessly within a wide temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃, making it ideal for use in a variety of applications.

It is a double-sided PCB featuring base copper 18um + plating, RO4003C Core 32mil (0.813mm), and base copper 18um+ plating construction. The board dimensions measure 162mm x 102mm=2 Types=2 PCS, with a tolerance of +/- 0.15mm. The minimum trace/space of 5/6 mils and the minimum hole size of 0.5mm ensure high precision.

The finished board thickness is 0.98 mm, and finished copper weight is 1.0 oz (1.4 mils) for all layers. The surface finish is Electroless Nickle and Immersion Gold (ENIG), with no top or bottom silkscreen. The top solder mask is green, and the bottom solder mask is also green.

The PCB is 100% electrically tested to ensure quality and reliability. It contains no blind or buried vias, and all vias are plated through with a via plating thickness of 1 mil. The use of slotted holes defined as per Gerber ensures that the side-by-side holes define the dimensions of the slots. Additionally, all edges are tab-routed, and non-plated holes for breakouts are included in Gerbers, with breakouts shown as per design FabDrawing.

The PCB contains 91 components, 153 total pads, 66 thru-hole pads, 87 top SMT pads, 0 bottom SMT pads, 122 vias, and 37 nets. Impedance matching is not required for this PCB.

The 0.5mm via filled by resin and capped by copper by IPC-4761 Type VII ensures a reliable connection.
