TLX-8 Double Sided, Dual Layer Taconic High Frequency PCB Built on 62mil (1.575mm) Substrates wth Immersion Gold

We're pleased to announce our latest high-frequency PCB, which was shipped in June 2023 and has been designed and manufactured to meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

The high-frequency PCB is crafted from high-quality Taconic TLX-8 material and features a lead-free process that delivers superior performance and reliability. It operates seamlessly within a wide temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃, making it ideal for use in a variety of applications.
The PCB is constructed with a double-sided stackup, including base copper 35um + plating, RO3006 Dielectric 62mil (1.575mm), and base copper 35um + plating. The board dimensions measure 135mm x 58mm = 1 PCS with a tolerance of +/- 0.15mm.
With a finished board thickness of 1.78mm and a finished copper weight of 1.5 oz (2.1 mils) for all layers, the PCB features a minimum trace/space of 8/9 mils and a minimum hole size of 0.3mm. There are no blind or buried vias, and all vias are plated through with a via plating thickness of 1mil. The surface finish is Electroless Nickle and Immersion Gold (ENIG), with no top or bottom silkscreen or solder mask.
The PCB has 26 components, 37 total pads, 16 thru-hole pads, 21 top SMT pads, 0 bottom SMT pads, 25 vias, and 9 nets. It is manufactured with 100% electrical testing to ensure quality and reliability.
