We are proud to present our latest RF PCB, which has been designed and manufactured to the highest standards of quality and performance. Released in June 2023, this PCB is the result of extensive research and development, and we are confident that it will meet or exceed your expectations.

The RF PCB is made from Rogers RO3010 material and manufactured using a lead-free process, ensuring it delivers superior performance and reliability. It is capable of operating within a wide temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃, making it suitable for use in a broad range of applications.

Constructed with a double-sided stackup, the RF PCB features base copper 17um + plating, RO3010 Dielectric 10mil (0.254mm), and base copper 17um + plating. The board dimensions are 80mm x 45mm=1 PCS with a tolerance of +/- 0.15mm.

With a finished board thickness of 0.42mm and a finished copper weight of 1.0 oz (1.4 mils) all layers, this PCB features a minimum trace/space of 7/8 mils and a minimum hole size of 0.2mm. There are no blind or buried vias, and all vias are plated through with a via plating thickness of 1mil. The surface finish is Electroless Nickle and Immersion Gold (ENIG), with a white top silkscreen and no bottom silkscreen.

The RF PCB has 19 components, 21 total pads, 10 thru-hole pads, 11 top SMT pads, 0 bottom SMT pads, 21 vias, and 7 nets. It is manufactured with 100% electrical testing to ensure quality and reliability.
