S1000H Multi-layer PCB 6-layer Board Built on Shengyi FR-4 with Blind vias and Immersion Gold Process for Industrial Control Systems

We’re glad to introduce our high-quality multilayer PCB, designed and manufactured using the latest technology and materials to meet your specific requirements.

The PCB is made with Shengyi Tg150 ℃ S1000H material and a lead-free process, ensuring superior performance and reliability. It is designed to operate seamlessly in a wide temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃, making it ideal for use in various applications.

The multilayer stackup of the PCB consists of base copper 17um + plating, S1000H Core, base copper 35um, Prepreg S1000HB, base copper 35um, S1000H Core, base copper 35um, Prepreg S1000HB, base copper 35um, S1000H Core, and base copper 17um + plating. The board measures 192mm x 125mm=1 PCS with a tolerance of +/- 0.15mm.

The PCB has a finished board thickness of 1.6 mm and a finished copper weight of 1.0 oz (1.4 mils) all layers. It features a minimum trace/space of 4/4 mils and a minimum hole size of 0.2mm. The PCB contains blind vias Layer 1-Layer 4, which are plated through and have a via plating thickness of 1 mil. The surface finish is Electroless Nickle and Immersion Gold (ENIG) with a green top solder mask and a green bottom solder mask. The top and bottom silkscreen are both white.

The PCB also features impedance matching of 50 ohm +/- 10%, with single end impedance on outlayer and 16mil, 14mil, and 7mil trace lines to ensure superior signal integrity.

The PCB is designed with 891 components, 973 total pads, 351 thru-hole pads, 271 top SMT pads, 351 bottom SMT pads, 152 vias, and 78 nets. It is manufactured with 100% electrical testing to ensure quality and reliability.
