RO4350B Rogers PCB Built on 30mil (0.762mm) Substrates with Double Sided, Dual Layer and Lead free HASL Process

We are pleased to introduce our latest newly shipped PCB in June 2023. This double-sided PCB is made with high-quality Rogers RO4350B material and a lead-free process, making it a reliable and environmentally-friendly option for your electronic needs.

The stackup includes base copper of 17um, RO4350B dielectric of 30mil, and another base copper of 17um. It also has a finished board thickness of 0.84mm and a finished copper weight of 1 oz (1.4 mils) for all layers.
This PCB has a board dimension of 120mm x 70mm, with a minimum trace/space of 10/10 mils and a minimum hole size of 15 mils. It also has no blind or buried vias and via plating thickness of 1 mil. The surface finish is HASL lead-free, and the PCB features a white top silkscreen and no bottom silkscreen. The top solder mask is green, and the bottom solder mask is also green. We have also performed a 100% electrical test to ensure that the board meets industry standards.
The PCB board has a total of 29 components and 50 total pads, with 25 thru hole pads and 25 top SMT pads, and no bottom SMT pads. Additionally, it has 91 vias and 11 nets.
