RO4003C Rogers PCB Built on 60mil (1.524mm) Substrates with Double Sided, 2-Layer and HASL lead free Process

We are excited to introduce our latest PCB, shipped in June 2023 by Bicheng Limited. This double-sided PCB is made with high-quality Rogers RO4003C material and a lead-free process, making it a reliable and environmentally-friendly option for your electronic needs.

With a board dimension of 510mm x 150mm, this PCB features a stackup with base copper of 17um, RO4003C dielectric of 60mil, and another base copper of 17um. It also has a finished board thickness of 1.6mm and a finished copper weight of 1 oz (1.4 mils) for all layers.

This PCB has a minimum trace/space of 14/14 mils and a minimum hole size of 20 mils. It also has no blind or buried vias and via plating thickness of 1 mil. The surface finish is HASL lead-free, and the PCB features no top or bottom silkscreen or top/bottom solder mask. We have also performed a 100% electrical test to ensure that the board meets industry standards.

This PCB has a total of 23 components and 191 total pads, with 152 thru hole pads and 39 top SMT pads, and no bottom SMT pads. Additionally, it has 161 vias and 9 nets.
