RT/duroid 5880 Double Sided, Dual Layer Rogers PCB Built on 5mil (0.127mm) High Frequency Materials Without Surface Finish

We are pleased to announce the launch of our new RF PCB shipped in June 2023.

This PCB is made with high-quality Rogers RT/duroid 5880 material and utilizes a lead-free process, making it a reliable and environmentally-friendly option for your RF needs, withstanding temperatures ranging from -40℃ to +85℃.
The PCB is a double-sided board with a stackup that features base copper of 17um, RT/duroid 5880 dielectric of 5mil, and another base copper of 17um. The finished board thickness is 0.197mm and the finished copper weight is 1 oz (1.4 mils) for all layers. The board is designed with a 7mm x 7mm dimension and has a minimum trace/space of 4/4 mils and a minimum hole size of 10 mils.
In terms of construction details, we have ensured that the RF PCB is made to the highest quality standards. The board has no blind or buried vias, and via plating thickness is 1 mil. Additionally, the PCB features no surface finish, top silkscreen, bottom silkscreen, or top/bottom solder mask. We have also performed a 100% electrical test to ensure that the board meets industry standards.
The new RF PCB is designed for easy installation with only one component and two total pads. It also features one thru hole pad, one top SMT pad, and no bottom SMT pads. Additionally, it comes with one via and one net.
