1).What courier do you use for shipment?
Our courier includes DHL, FedEx, TNT and EMS. As per your order weight and location, we'll choose the most economic method to send you your boards to help to save the freight cost.

2).How do you pack the PCBs?
PCBs are packed with Polyethylene air cushion film (vacuum plastic bags) per 20-25 pieces. Pearl cotton (Polyethylene foamed sheet) are put inside carton box.
The hardness of carton box is KK grade (the highest hardness). Maximum gross weight for one carton is less than 12 kgs.

3).How to Pay?
We accept bank wire transfer, PayPal. It's sorry, we currently do not accept credit card.

4).How to order PCBs?
1st step, sending your gerber files for quotation.
2st step, placing your order form to our market department and make the payment.
3rd step, Our CADCAM department is dealing with your gerber files, sending you EQ (if it has) for final confirmation.
4th step, PCB is manufactured.
5th step, Shipment and send you tracking number.

5).How do you control the quality?
We believe engineering design prevents problems from occurring in preproduction. Our PCB and Manufacturing process are certified by authorized organizations.
100% tests are inclusive of electrical test and AOI inspection, high voltage test, impedance control test, micro-section, solder-ability test, thermal stress test,
reliability test, insulation resistance test and ionic contamination test etc.

6).Do you sell cheap FR-1, CEM-1 PCB?
Yes, we just offer single sided PCB made of FR-1 and CEM-1. We also use punching tool for the contour for the mass production.

7).Do you sell flexible PCB (FPC)?
Yes, we offer flexible printed circuits (FPC) with single sided and double sided. Immersion gold and OSP are usually used for this flexible board.

8).Where are your PCB’s sold?
We’re available online on www.made-in-china.com and www.globalsources.com. We sell our PCB's world widely.

9).Do you sell high frequency PCB?
Yes. We offer high frequency PCB and hybrid of high frequency and FR-4 mixed. The most used high frequency material is RO4350B and RO4003C, double sided and multilayer.

10).Do you sell impedance controlled PCB?
Yes. Impedance controlled PCB's are used more and more popular in our common life. We can offer differential impedance and single end impedance PCB.

11).Do you sell prototype PCB?
Yes. We offer PCB prototypes up to 32 layers, inclusive of FR-4 PCB, high frequency PCB, MCPCB and flexible PCB.

12). Do you sell high temperature PCB?
Yes. The material stability of high Tg (glass transition temperature) is high so that a high Tg PCB can be desirable. Multilayer and high layer PCB uses this material much.

13).Do you sell BGA circuit board?
Yes. We offer micro fine pitch BGA circuit boards. The minimum pad diameter of BGA is 10mil for prototypes, 12mil for mass production.

14).Do you sell blind via PCB?
Yes. Blind via is the hole starts from top layer or bottom layer and ends at one of inner layers. Blind via usually are plugged by epoxy resin and it's not visible by our eyes.

15). Do you sell quick turn (fast PCB) prototypes?
Yes. We offer PCB prototypes and quick turn prototypes. The quickest time is 24 hours for double sided and 5 days for 4 layers PCB. The disadvantage of quick turn is high cost.

16).Do you sell rigid-flex PCB?
Yes. We offer rigid-flex PCB, prototype service to mass production service.

17).Do you sell via in pad PCB?
Yes. Via in pad (VIP) is a good real estate saving. We offer this kind of PCB for many applications like microcontroller, GPRS etc.

18).Do you sell MCPCB?
Yes. We offer metal core PCB (MCPCB), single sided and double sided, aluminum core and copper core, 1W/MK, 2W/MK and 3W/MK etc.

19).Do you sell heavy copper PCB?
Yes. Heavy copper PCBs can withstand high current and have good heat dissipation, it has been satisfying the market of power conversion module boards which is used in automobile electronics and electric equipment.

20).Do you offer Mass production?
Yes. We have the independent industrial plant. There're 15000 square meters workshop area. And the brand new automatic equipment were introduced from Israel, Germany, Japan and Taiwan area. As of now, the manufacturing capability for 2-12 layer PCBs is 300 thousand square feet per month. 5000 types of different PCBs are shipped to worldwide each month

21). What information is required for a quote?
Please send us your gerber files, PCB fabrication notes and panel drawing data when you request for quote. This will give you an accurate price in a short time.

22).What kind of file format do you accept? only gerber files? Do you accept eagle .brd files?
Gerber files are our first choice. We also accept .PCB files and .PCBDOC files. We currently do not use .brd files.

23).Where do I send my gerber files?
Your files are emailed to the sales representative who wills reviews the files and provides a quote based on your lead time and quantity requirements.

24).Do you have any preferential policies for a new customer?
Yes. New customers can enjoy the first prototype order free shipping policy in Bicheng.? That's to say you do not need to pay for the shipping cost for your first prototype order.

25). Do you have any preferential policies for your Stencil customers?
Yes. New customers can enjoy a preferential policy of stencil foil of the board, free of charge. That's to say we'll send you a free stencil foil to use after you ordered the PCB.
