1. SF201 Introduction
Shengyi's SF201 series materials are Single side adhesiveless flexible copper clad laminate based on polyimide substrates. These fleixible materials have dielectric constant of less than 3.7 and dissipation factor of less than 0.01 at 10 GHz. They have the thicknesses of 12.5um, 20um and 25um with ED copper, RA Copper and RTF copper of 12um, 18um, 35um and 70um thickness.
