1. RO3035 Introduction Rogers RO3035 laminates are ceramic-filled, PTFE based high frequency circuit materials. RO3035 high frequency laminates are part of the RO3000 series of materials. These mechanically similar materials have differing dielectric constants (Dk) and allow designers to develop multi-layer board designs without warping or decreased reliability. RO3035 laminates provide design solutions for 5G, millimeter wave sub 6GHz and massive MiMo applications.

Features - Rogers RO3035 ceramic-filled PTFE composites - Dielectric constant of 3.5+/- 0.05 at 10 GHz/23°C - Dissipation factor of 0.0015 at 10 GHz/23°C - Td> 500°C - Thermal Conductivity of 0.5 W/mK - Moisture Absorption of 0.04% - Coefficient of Thermal Expansion (-55 to 288 °C)：X axis 17 ppm/°C, Y axis 17 ppm/°C, Z axis 24 ppm/°C
